We provide the whole package to meet your specific needs but here are some frequently asked questions:

Q What do we save the script as?
A The script can be saved as a word document or a text file and saved onto a memory stick or a CD. Alternatively it can be emailed to the office before the start of the job.

Q What font do we need to save the script as?
A Save it as you would normally in a document, for example, arial font size 12. It will change once it is loaded onto the system.

Q Do we need to provide anything?
A We are totally self sufficient and provide everything necessary to install a prompt system but a cup of tea always goes down well!

Q Do you just provide prompting for conferences?
A We can also provide you with the solution to any situation that requires prompt from broadcast series to corporate videos.

Q Can I edit the script after it has been loaded? Can I make last minute changes?
A Yes but please ask us nicely!

Q How long does it take to set up?
A A couple of hours is sufficient time - even for the most awkward of rigs.

Q Can we have a final copy of the script?
A Yes, we can save the final script for client reading

Q Do you keep the scripts?
A We endeavour to keep all scripts for 1 - 2 years before we send them to the recycle bin!

Q Confidential scripts?
A If requested, scripts can be deleted straight away and any copies destroyed before leaving site.

Q Do you travel anywhere?
A Yes we can work anywhere in the world, we love travelling all over the place!

Q Do you charge delivery costs?
A No, within a radius of the midlands. Any costs incurred are quoted before the start of the job.

Q Do you do half day rate for video shoots?
A Yes, this is based on a 4 hour call
